Terms, Disclaimer & Participation Agreement

By registering for and participating in the Return to Life Circle™, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Educational and Wellness Experience

The Return to Life Circle™ is a guided educational and wellness experience offered by Healing Reset Movement™. The experience may include educational information, guided Healing Reset practices, reflection, journaling, the Sacred Safety Posture, general wellness and nourishment education, faith based reflection, community discussion, and other supportive practices.

The Return to Life Circle™ is not a substitute for individualized medical, chiropractic, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or other licensed healthcare services.

Participation in the Return to Life Circle™ does not establish a doctor patient or other licensed healthcare provider relationship with Dr. Jaena Stanley Gonzaga or Healing Reset Movement™.

Medical Disclaimer

Information shared during the Return to Life Circle™ is provided for general educational and wellness purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Do not discontinue or alter prescribed medications, medical treatment, or professional healthcare recommendations based upon information shared during this experience.

If you have a medical condition, are under the care of a healthcare professional, have specific dietary requirements, or have concerns about participating in any practice, please consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical care.

Individual Participation

Every person's health, circumstances, and response to wellness practices are different. No particular health, healing, emotional, spiritual, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

You are responsible for honoring your own body's needs and limitations throughout the experience. Participation in every practice is voluntary. You may modify, pause, or decline any activity at any time.

Nutrition and Wellness Information

Any discussion of food, nourishment, hydration, supplements, lifestyle practices, or other wellness strategies is provided for educational purposes only.

Participants are encouraged to consider their individual health conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, medications, and recommendations from their own healthcare professionals before making significant changes.

Faith and Spiritual Content

The Return to Life Circle™ is rooted in Dr. Jaena's Christian faith and may include references to God, Jesus Christ, Scripture, prayer, and other faith based reflections and practices.

Participation does not require a particular religious belief. Participants are invited to engage with spiritual elements according to their own comfort and personal beliefs.

Live Gatherings and Recordings

Live Return to Life Circle™ gatherings may be recorded so registered participants can access replays inside the Healing Reset Sanctuary.

Participants will be informed when recording is taking place. If you do not wish for your image, voice, name, personal story, or other identifying information to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera and microphone off and refrain from sharing identifying information during recorded portions.

Healing Reset Movement™ will take reasonable steps to respect participant privacy. Participants may not independently record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share Circle sessions, participant discussions, recordings, or materials without written permission.

Community Privacy

The Return to Life Circle™ is intended to be a respectful and supportive environment.

Participants are asked to honor the privacy of others and not share another participant's personal story, health information, experiences, images, or identifying information outside the Circle without that person's permission.

While Healing Reset Movement™ asks all participants to respect these expectations, absolute confidentiality in a group setting cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

Return to Life Circle™, Healing Reset Movement™, Healing Reset Method™, Healing Reset Sanctuary, Sacred Safety Posture, recordings, written materials, guided practices, journal prompts, videos, and related educational content are provided for the participant's personal use unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, taught, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission from Healing Reset Movement™.

Access to the Healing Reset Sanctuary

Registration includes one complimentary month of access to the Healing Reset Sanctuary as described on the registration page.

Any continuation beyond the complimentary access period will be subject to the membership terms presented before any paid continuation. Participants will not be charged for continued membership without appropriate authorization.

Scholarships

Scholarship spaces for the Return to Life Circle™ may be funded by Healing Reset Movement™ and made available in collaboration with Heal Live Thrive Community.

Scholarship availability is limited and is not guaranteed by submitting an application. Heal Live Thrive Community does not fund the scholarship spaces unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to participate in the Return to Life Circle™.

You are invited to begin the experience and see whether it feels aligned for you. If you decide that the Return to Life Circle™ is not the right fit, you may request a full refund through August 23, 2026.

Refund requests received after August 23, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.

If Healing Reset Movement™ cancels the Return to Life Circle™, registered participants will receive a full refund. If a live gathering must be rescheduled, participants will be notified and provided updated information as soon as reasonably possible.

Technology

Participants are responsible for having suitable internet access and technology to participate in online gatherings and access digital materials. Healing Reset Movement™ cannot guarantee uninterrupted access caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including individual internet or device problems.

Personal Responsibility and Acknowledgment

By registering, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for determining whether the educational information and practices offered are appropriate for your individual circumstances.

You understand that healing and health outcomes vary and that no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms, Disclaimer & Participation Agreement.
